Help raise $160K to launch the First Community Land Trust in the Kearsarge Region Today!
The shortage of affordable housing is affecting our rural communities and
this is our opportunity to address it.
Working together we can increase housing opportunities in our
region while maintaining our rural character.
It all starts with the purchase of Foster Farm
but time is running out!
Before KCLT
AFTER KCLT
KCLT brought community together to restore the 250 year old Foster Farmhouse
providing low cost housing for 5 young residents.
Decide your Community’s FuturE
Together, we can create a model for community-led land stewardship, affordable housing, and ecological conservation in the Kearsarge region.
What Sort of Development do we want to Foster?
KCLT has been given the generous opportunity of a 4 for 1 bargain sale. If KCLT raises 25% of the appraised value of the Farm, the current owner will donate the remaining 75% of the value of the property to the organization. But we only have a limited time. We need your help to reach $160K by the end of 2025 to start meeting the housing challenges of our region! We need your financial support today to make this possible!
Preserve our working forests & farms for generations to come
Maintain & manage Stable & Affordable housing for the community
Protect & revive Our rural Character
Foster An empowered, Inclusive & Resilient community
Ensure a Cultural Easement for our Abenaki community
By donating to the KCLT 160K Campaign you will:
